No Returns Policy
IMPORTANT: Due to the customized nature of our jerseys, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted.
Why No Returns?
Each jersey is custom-made specifically for you with personalized details including:
- Custom names and numbers
- Personalized sizing
- Individual customization requests
- Made-to-order specifications
Because of this customization process, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any jersey orders.
Shipping Disclosure
Processing Time: All jerseys require up to 5 business days for processing before a tracking number is provided. During this time, your custom jersey is being created according to your specifications.
Shipping Timeframes:
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 weeks after processing
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 weeks after processing
Please note: These timeframes begin after the 5-day processing period is complete and tracking information is provided.
Order Accuracy
Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase, including:
- Size selection
- Name spelling
- Number selection
- Color and design choices
- Shipping address
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a jersey that is defective due to manufacturing errors or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Order Modifications
Order changes or cancellations may only be possible if your jersey has not yet entered production. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
